Mayan Palace Riviera Maya

I've been an owner here for twenty-five years and absolutely love it. The staff are amazingly friendly and extremely helpful. It is large, so if you don't like walking, it's probably the wrong resort for you. However, they do have a great shuttle service.

We stayed for 11 days 10 nights end of Oct - to early Nov. 2 families. Been to Yakutan 3 times before. This hotel is amazing we stayed at Mayan Palace. It's an enormous complex with essentially 4 or 5 large hotels in 1. By staying at the Palace we were able to use all the other hotels amenities. Pools were huge. Beach was lovely. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool. Great selection of food and drinks. Honestly this hotel is 10 out of 10. Special thanks to Maximillion Mariachi Gril, ieda on the omlettes in the morning and Julio the barman on the Coco. We tried diving and sailing, the steak, Italian and Japanese restaurants.

Honestly it was a truely brilliant holiday. It's close to Centote Azul and Cristaliono, which are both worth a visit.

I did struggle to watch a number of Premier league games at the sports bar, the hotel does require a fair bit of walking, which we like. Beds and rooms were really comfortable. A truely enjoyable stay thank you!!!

Absolutely amazing ! I’m sitting at a Cabana at the pool writing this review . The staff is great ! Customer service a 10/10! They truly care that you are satisfied and have a great experience. The pool is huge and so clean never over crowded . The beach is beautiful and the vibe is amazing . The steak house is so good and the food is to die for ! We are also going to try the Italian restaurant and Havana Moon down at the beach . We have heard they are very good also . The drinks are great not watered down like at some all inclusive resorts . Happy hour is from 12-2 pm every day . Great prices on drinks . The resort is huge but we never had to wait more than 5 min for a tram . They take you everywhere so while it takes time but  we never had to walk . Our room is updated and clean ! We are staying at Mayan palace and we’re impressed . We will upgrade to Grand Mayan next time . I have nothing negative to say about staying here it this property. Book here you won’t regret it.

Great resort. Place is massive. You have to take a little tram to different locations. Get ready to walk though. The tram lets off but you still usually have a little bit of a walk to get your destination. Especially if it's to the pool. Overall great experience and would definitely go again. There are lots of little animals too that is pretty cool.

Great food and experience for our family.  Ariadna with joy squad was incredible and super kind to our girls.  She went above and beyond and does amazing face paint.
