• Price is for 2 adults. Families may travel with up to 2 children, ages 11 and under, at a cost of US$50 per night per child. No charge for children less than 3-years-old. Children over 12 may stay at a cost of US$102 per night.
• Single men and single women must be between the ages of 35 to 70 to qualify for this promotion. Must be genuinely single. Attached individuals traveling without their partners will not be accepted on this promotion.
• Guests will be asked to give alternative dates, if their preferred dates are not available. They may be offered another Resort of equal or better standard if this Resort is not available.
• Only guests flying directly to Cabo San Lucas from a US or Canadian city and using one of these properties on the night of their arrival in Mexico will be permitted to use this offer. Not valid if you are traveling from any other destination, including other cities in Mexico.
• A Credit Card is required on the Resort to cover any incidentals (Debit Card, Diners, prepaid cards, secured credit, etc not accepted)
• No refunds once booking confirmation is issued. Offer is not valid for existing VDP members.
• An Environmental Sanitation Tax of US$1.70 per night is payable at the Resort.
