Los Cabos Beach Suites Resort

We just returned home from our vacation at Dreams Los Cabos.

Mercedes and Calli were amazing staff members at the pool and offered excellent service all day long.  They even celebrated my birthday with song and cake.

For the entire 6 days, we were allowed to visit their Preferred Club.  Silvia, Yamilet, and the other male staff members were also so amazing with their exceptional service.  They all had the most wonderful smiles and warmly welcomed us every time we visited the club.

We wanted to thank the staff for making our vacation one of the best we've had.

Phenomenal experience! The staff was wonderful, food was excellent, and entertainment was so good! My husband, son and I didn’t have expectations when we arrived and we had such a great experience staying at the resort.

We upgraded to a Premier suite and it was so worth it! The room was huge and the on demand food and bar with top shelf booze was nice. The only area of opportunity is to improve the quality of cocktails offered at the beach bar.

Room was great, service and employees are wonderful. Special thanks to Caesar and Fernando at Seaside Grill, so accommodating, professional and welcoming. All the staff made us feel like home, very grateful!

Kids pool is great, lots of space and different areas for both toddlers and older kids.

One con was towards the end, when a group of 40 people moved in. They would go to dinner and stay at their tables all night, so no other guests were able to come in. Before that group we had no issues and no waiting times at any dinner locations. But this is not the hotel's fault, just inconsiderate guests, unfortunately.

Another amazing trip to this exceptional resort! The staff is truly what makes these trips incredible! Thank you to Manny and Freddy in the cabanas for taking such great care of us, Luiz and Elsa at the pool are always wonderful, Julia in the preferred club, Hugo at the preferred club bar. Our maid had our room perfectly clean every day, then returned for turn down service every evening. Thank you all for giving our family such a wonderful vacation! We will be back!

Dreams has been purchased by hyatt and the brand changes are a nice touch. The property is perfect for family's and the staff is four season quality that makes this property one of our favorite places in Cabo...The explorer club has been renovated and our son Patrick loves it.

I recently stayed at Dreams and my experience was amazing but the reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because this was the first time I traveled out of the country with my children and my youngest, 10 months, started running a fever while on vacation. The staff was beyond helpful with getting me to the hospital and getting my  daughter the care she needed. I truly appreciated the attention they took because it was literally my worst fear on vacation in another country. I’ve been to Cancun many many times and this was my first time in Cabo and the views are simply breathtaking.
