• Stay is based on availability. Should your requested dates be unavailable you will be asked to give alternative dates or choose an alternative Resort. Booking requests must be made 30 days prior to travel.
• Valid international credit card required on check in. Debit cards, Diners, prepaid cards, travel cards, secured credit, etc. are not allowed.
• Once booking confirmation is issued no refunds are available on this offer. Guests who wish to change their dates after the stay is confirmed may be charged a fee for doing so.
• Only guests flying directly to Cancun from a US or Canadian city and using one of these properties on the night of their arrival in Mexico will be permitted to use this offer. Not valid if you are traveling from any other destination, including other cities in Mexico.
