Restrictions
Stay is based on availability. Should your requested dates be unavailable you will be asked to give alternative dates or choose an alternative Resort. Booking requests must be made 30 days prior to travel.
Valid international credit card required on check in. Debit cards, Diners, prepaid cards, travel cards, secured credit, etc. are not allowed.
Once booking confirmation is issued no refunds are available on this offer. Guests who wish to change their dates after the stay is confirmed will be charged a fee for doing so.
Guests must be earning a combined annual salary of no less than US$55,000 to qualify for this promotion.

Only guests flying directly to Cancun from a US or Canadian city and using one of these properties on the night of their arrival in Mexico will be permitted to use this offer. Not valid if you are traveling from any other destination, including other cities in Mexico.
No extra charge for children under the age of 3. Families wishing to travel with children may do so for a fee of US$40 per child per night if aged 3-12, and US$115 per child per night if aged 13 and older.

We had the most amazing service at this resort . Christian, Angel and Daniel were the best helping us with everything and having great conversation! ||The food was just ok but staff made our trip great. Everything was clean. Drinks were good- bring your own cup! Pool was nice and refreshing.

Amazing staff, Rodrigo in entertainment was amazing playing water polo with my family. Javier was super fast and brought us drinks all around the pool. Tito in the World cafe was super awesome and was able to find me a special request in minutes. Will definitely come back and stay again with my family

Oscar and Cristian in a service were really professional. Everybody was so kind and helpfully everytime.|In restaurant next to swimming pool -Meals was too good, but some meals was warm like a ham, cheese or raw fishes and the taste after wasnt good, maybe ice will help. |Photograph was quite expensive, but photos are amazing.
