• Stay is based on availability. Should your requested dates be unavailable you will be asked to give alternative dates or choose an alternative Resort. Booking requests must be made 30 days prior to travel.
• Valid international credit card required on check in. Debit cards, Diners, prepaid cards, travel cards, secured credit, etc. are not allowed.
• Once booking confirmation is issued no refunds are available on this offer. Guests who wish to change their dates after the stay is confirmed will be charged a fee for doing so.
• Not valid if you have attended a UVC presentation in the past 2 years. Guests are prohibited from attending any other vacation promotions immediately prior to or during this stay.
• Only guests flying directly to Cancun from a US or Canadian city and using one of these properties on the night of their arrival in Mexico will be permitted to use this offer. Not valid if you are traveling from any other destination, including other cities in Mexico.
• No extra charge for children under the age of 3. Families wishing to travel with children may do so for a fee of US$40 per child per night if aged 3-12, and US$115 per child per night for children aged 13 and older.

• Valid for citizens of the US and Canada only.
• Valid for couples who are married or living together. Must travel and stay at the Resort together on this promotion.

• Valid for guests who speak, read, write and understand English or Spanish fluently.
