Staff are friendly and helpful. And the food is excellent. The rooms are nice however I would like to see a robe added to some rooms. Do not use the disposable razor.

Beautiful hotel, perfectly air conditioned rooms (a must for this heat!), lovely big shower, comfy and clean. We have a "garden" view which is slightly cheaper than a pool view but is a wonderful place to relax without the hustle and bustle of the pool outside your balcony. The pools aren't too busy so easy to get a sun lounger. The beach is 2 minutes from the room. The staff are all friendly. Some restaurants are better than others - we didn't feel like we got great service in the route 66 one, but the service in magerita was fantastic, and the buffet style restaurants are fab. Very tasty food, lots of choices, it's not always clear on what drinks are included but so far I've only been told one that I'd have to pay extra for (a premium name beer). In my opinion, this hotel is worth every penny.

Fabulous hotel, great food and extremely friendly staff. Need to be a privilege customer for all branded alcohol and food specials ie lobster, t-bone steak etc. Local brand and food is still very good. Would highly recommend

Came to Ocean Blue for my birthday. The trip was special from the moment we arrived, the room is lovely, food is excellent & the entertainment goes on all day and evening. Pokémon goes above and beyond for the guests at the hotel and makes sure everyone is enjoying themselves throughout the entertainment
