Coconut Beach Resort Punta Cana

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel. I am a travel agent myself and travel a lot and also see a lot of 5-star chains. I have rarely seen so much attention to detail as in Sunscape Coco. All the employees there do an incredibly good job, always with a smile and a good mood, I was particularly impressed by the entire entertainment team, they were the reason we had such great days there. You can't miss these cool shows in the evening, you have to experience it once in your life. The selection of food was fabulous and we thoroughly enjoyed every evening. If you are traveling without children, I strongly advise you to book your rooms in the adults only area, it definitely pays off. I would also like to thank the social media manager because she does an incredibly good job, always looking for new trends and was a great contact person for us from day 1 to the last day. Thank you very much for this unforgettable stay, I will definitely come back and hope that many people experience what we experienced in this great hotel. Hotel is beautiful,  beds are comfortable,  staff are awesome, especially Jennifer at reception.   Pictures are accurate.  Edit:  we are home now and I have to say the staff at this resort in the Adults Only section were amazing and super friendly.  I personally took ill day before leaving and our concierge,  Jorge, showed up at our room with Gatorade and saltine crackers for me.  So appreciated as I wasn't venturing from the room that day.  Then he arranged for a late stay, no extra charge, so I could get some much needed rest before our late departure.   At my age I know things happen and that's how it is but the care and compassion I got from this awesome staff, especially Jennifer and Jorge, I can't say enough.  I would highly recommend this resort.  Thanks guys, you really rock.

I was very pleased with the resort for the price. Very large area, many people but you don't feel it. There is always room on the beach or near the pool.

Food is good, breakfast could be better, but still planty of options. Dinner restaurants are great!

Entertainment team is amazing there. I felt that they were there from early morning to late at night with no breaks. Huge shout out to Coffee!!! , he is super fun, funny, always giving attention to everyone around. HE made my vacation!

Very nice hotel. Staff is amazing! They always make you feel home. Entertainment is enough, little bit too much. Loud music at the pool. Big resort. Not all restaurants were open, but various choices in food everywhere. Our room was clean, but little bit old. The fire alarm went off a couple of nights which kept us awake and they did not inform us if there was something or not. The place itself is very nice but outside the resort there is nothing. So you stay on the resort or you take a taxi downtown ($15). We were here in off season I think and we thought it was quite noisy, so I dont know how it is in high summer but for peace you have to go to the adult only spot. The food was mostly fresh, bur very sugary! Too sweet sadly

Just returned from my stay of 10 nights here. Everything was perfect, The room with the ocean view. The service, The staff,  The location. We had no issues with anything whilst we was staying here. The food was nice. Options to pick what you want from the buffet. I’m overall impressed with my stay here and 100% will be returning again. Everyone is so friendly and smiley.
