We recently stayed for a few nights at this lovely resort. What made our stay was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, the housekeeping staff did an amazing job cleaning our room each day, but the stand out experience was Jared. The kindness and excitement showed. One of the best sales person I've had the pleasure of dealing with. We became members thanks to Jared so we can't say enough about how well we were treated. We will be back!

The staff goes out their way to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. The views are amazing from morning to sunset. The food was great for an all inclusive especially the chicken katsu at tempest. And don’t forget to book a spa day by far one of the best!

The charm of this place is defined in the quality of employees and how much the employees enjoy their job here. Me and my husband took a 4 day stay here for our first time in Cancun, we were unsure as what to expect after doing weeks of research but were very happy to have made the best decision. The rooms were clean, service was excellent. It’s cozy and comfortable. The floors are slippery so be careful and watch your step. It’s a relaxing stay, if you’d like to be out and explore, I’d recommend maybe Xcaret, but this resort is great!
