We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express 3 yrs. Now. We always get a suite as they are more spacious than the regular rooms. Unfortunately, they have a floor, floor 25, that is not accessible by elevator. You must take the stairs from floor 26. This year, we got a room on "25" . Unfortunately, I am using a walker due to back surgery. We made the best of it for 1 night. The next , asking a question at the front desk Adelle and Gladys realized that we had to do the stairs. Immediately, they gave us a different room on a floor that had elevator service. These two women were super nice and did everything they could to make our stay great!

The breakfast is also top notch- it's hot, and the choices change daily. Breakfast at other hotels are usually in the 30 a piece range so this adds to the value of the already reasonable room prices. Be prepared for all of the taxes added on top of the room price. They are inevitable and you pay them no matter where you stay. I feel H.I.E. is a great value for your money!

IHG reward booking. I noticed Gladys has been mentioned positively, and she is great! She kindly gave me early check-in, and an extra breakfast voucher. Great start to my short holiday! Room is on the smaller side but pretty good overall. I enjoyed the pool and whirlpool during off peak times. Breakfast was free and pretty good.

Me and my friend stayed here for 2 weeks and we are from australia. staff were approachable, from the front desk to house keeping they are always smiling and hospitable. Our room was perfect with beach view, very clean and very good ventilation. One of my favourite place to stay to kill time was in the pool area and the hot jacuzzi. Daily breakfast was incredible. I would love to go back and stay there again. Highly recommended

Staff was so welcoming and helpful. We arrived via cruise ship at 9am, had planned to store our luggage before heading out for the day and were pleasantly surprised to find our room was available right away. Nice pool area with foosball, chess and other activities. Breakfast is great with ample seating.

Beach is 2 blocks away and easily walked. Lots of shopping and food options in the area.

Waikiki trolley picks up across the street and was a perfect way to get to beach, and the larger skipping centers.

Had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Stayed here a few weeks ago and it was the best! More than I expected. From the time we checked in with Adele and how nice she was all the way to check out this place is great. And the view from our room on the 44th floor was spectacular! Lots of amenities like breakfast and plenty to do for the kids if you take kids.
