• Stay is based on availability. Should your requested dates be unavailable you will be asked to give alternative dates or choose an alternative Resort. Booking requests should be made 30 days prior to travel. 
• Once booking confirmation is issued no refunds are available on this offer. Guests who wish to change their dates after the stay is confirmed will be charged a fee for doing so.

• Only guests flying directly to Cancun from a US or Canadian city and using one this property on the night of their arrival in Mexico will be permitted to use this offer. Not valid if you are traveling from any other destination, including other cities in Mexico.
