We loved the place, me and my wife had a wonderful time there. It was the first family trip from different countries and we got together in adults only, best decision. The shows were great, at the beginning we didn't know where to start the fun but Arianna was great taking us to dance and she was big and important part of our experience, we will definitely come back. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, the food had several options , everyone was nice to us and we felt appreciated as guests in the hotel. Also we almost lost our passports but the staff were looking for us to give it back, they were very proactive about it. It worth every dollar! Can't wait to go back.

I enjoyed the location and the restaurants were very good. The beach is very nice and got to swim with sea turtles in the ocean. The tours were really nice and everyone was really helpful. The one suggestion would be to have updated pillows. The ones we had we were very flat and lumpy so my neck hurt from sleeping since there wasn't much support. Otherwise it was really nice stay. Frenyer (entertainment) was really nice to stop by and talk with us and teach us some Spanish.

Amazing experience and the attention received was excellent! The room was very beautiful and the infrastructure is top-notch. The staff is very attentive, and I had a great experience with Jason Ortega, who made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely return to the resort for another vacation and I'm already recommending it to my friends!
