  1. Restrictions Restrictions
    • Valid for single women aged 40 to 65. Not valid for single men. Attached individuals traveling without their partners will not be accepted on this promotion.
    • Stay is based on availability. Should your requested dates be unavailable you will be asked to give alternative dates or offered a property of equal or higher standard.
    • Valid international credit card required on check in. Debit cards, Diners, prepaid cards, travel cards, secured credit, etc. are not allowed.
    • Families with children over the age of 11 or with more than two children may upgrade for US$75 per child per day. 
    • Once booking confirmation is issued no refunds are available on this offer. Guests who wish to change their dates after the stay is confirmed will be charged a fee for doing so.
    • Guests must be earning a combined annual salary of no less than US$150,000 to qualify for this promotion.
    • Single women must be earning at least US$75,000 on their own to qualify.
    • A US$200 no-show fee will be charged to guests who do not arrive at the Resort on confirmed check-in day. 
    • This offer is not valid for timeshare or travel club employees, travel agents, military personnel or airline employees.
    • Not valid for guests who own property in Cabo San Lucas or who are visiting family/friends who own a property in Cabo San Lucas.

    • An Environmental Sanitation Tax of US$1.70 per day is payable at the Resort.

    Valid for guests who are in full time employment or comfortably retired.

    Valid for guests who speak, read, write and understand English or Spanish fluently.
