  1. Restrictions Restrictions
    • Couples must be between the ages of 30 and 70 (both guests must be between these ages)
    • VALID ONLY FOR USA AND CANADIAN CITIZENS ONLY
    • Families with more than 2 children may bring additional children for a cost of US$35 per child per night if they are 12 and under and US$85 per child per night if they are 13 and older.
    • Attached individuals traveling without their partners will not be accepted on this promotion. 
    • Stay is based on availability. Not valid from December 20th to January 02nd. 
    • Guests will be asked to give alternative dates, if their preferred dates are not available. They may be offered another Resort of equal or better standard if this Resort is not available. 
    • Only guests flying directly to Cabo San Lucas from a US or Canadian city and using one of these properties on the night of their arrival in Mexico will be permitted to use this offer. Not valid if you are traveling from any other destination, including other cities in Mexico. 
    • US$379 paid today to secure booking. The remainder (US$120) is paid on the Resort’s Welcome Telephone Call 
    • An Environmental Sanitation Tax of US$1.70 per night and a Gratuity Fee of US$6 per night is payable at the Resort on check-out.
    • A Credit Card is required on the Resort to cover any incidentals (Debit Card, Diners, prepaid cards, secured credit, etc not accepted) 
    • No refunds once booking confirmation is issued. Offer is not valid for existing VDP members.

    • Valid for guests who are in full time employment and comfortably retired.
    • VALID ONLY FOR USA AND CANADIAN CITIZENS ONLY
    • Only guests flying directly to Cabo San Lucas from a US or Canadian city and using one of these properties on the night of their arrival in Mexico will be permitted to use this offer. Not valid if you are traveling from any other destination, including other cities in Mexico. 
    • Not valid for members of the military, travel agent employees or airline employees. 
    • Guests must be earning a combined annual income of US$50,000 to qualify for this offer. 

     

     

  3. Mandatory Requirements What you have top do
    • Your stay includes a complimentary refreshment for 2 and a 90 minute preview of the Resort’s Travel and Lifestyle Program.
    • Participation in this is mandatory as part of the promotion. The preview will be held the day after check in only and the guest must agree to keep this day free of any other activities or appointments. 
    • The guests are prohibited from attending any other presentation while on this promotion. Failure to abide by these conditions will result in the guest being charged additional fees.
