Absolutely fantastic stay! The check-in process was incredibly fast, and I loved the convenience of the new room key system linked to a magnetic bracelet. It allows you to simply touch your bracelet to unlock your room, making it super easy. The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind, always making sure we were well taken care of. At each bar, the waiters were quick and offered a wide variety of new drinks to try. The resort offers unlimited food with multiple restaurants to choose from. Two of the restaurants have a dress code, so no swimwear or beach attire is allowed, but it’s well worth it for the dining experience. Every night, the resort hosts shows, and there are activities for all ages, from kids to seniors. Highly recommended! Amazing Vacation.  We did the Romantic Dinner on the beach and Santiago made sure we were well taken care of.  Every detail in the dinner was fabulous.  Our server Santiago went above and beyond his duties to w sure it was very special.  Such a wonderful and humble employee.  We will definitely go back to celebrate our anniversary again.  Thank you Santiago for making this celebration one to remember.

We stayed here for five days and the hotel was beautiful. Very nice pool, lots of activities. The best part was Angel, one of the waiters by the pool. He was so kind, funny, always had a smile on his face and took the time to get to know the guests. We always tried to sit on his side of the pool and we were never disappointed. We would come back to this resort just for him !

Overall, we had a great time at this resort and would recommend it to anyone!

The service truly makes its extra special. All of the staff are so friendly and kind. Shout out to the entertainment staff keeping the activities going all day and evening long!

And the biggest shout out to the bar staff for the best service! Especially Rene Garcia, Oscar Contreras, Lizbeth Garcia, Erika Lopez, and Erandy Garcia!

Today is my birthday and I'm currently staying at this fantastic resort.   The food has been fantastic, so much so that it often hard to choose.   The rooms and room service are exceptional.   The friendliness of the staff has been beyond outstanding!   This resort even went as far as to place a plate of chocolate cake in my room while I was out with Happy Birthday written in chocolate sauce as a surprise.  I has been nothing more then an absolute delight staying here!  It's location is close to nearly every imaginable amenities one could possibly need within a 3 minute walk, including a hospital should thst be a concern.  Google only allows for a 5 star review but this one deserves a 10 in my book.
