  1. Restrictions Restrictions
    • Stay is based on availability. Should your requested dates be unavailable you will be asked to give alternative dates or choose an alternative Resort. Booking requests must be made 30 days prior to travel.
    • Valid international credit card required on check in. Debit cards, Diners, prepaid cards, travel cards, secured credit, etc. are not allowed.
    • Once booking confirmation is issued no refunds are available on this offer. Guests who wish to change their dates after the stay is confirmed may be charged a fee for doing so.
    • Only guests flying directly to Cancun from a US or Canadian city and using one of these properties on the night of their arrival in Mexico will be permitted to use this offer. Not valid if you are traveling from any other destination, including other cities in Mexico.
    • Guests are prohibited from attending any other vacation promotions immediately prior to or during this stay.

  2. Eligibility Who is it for
    • Valid for citizens of the US and Canada only.
    • Valid for guests between the ages of 28 and 75 (both of the guests must be between these ages).
    •  Valid for couples who are married or living together. Must travel and stay at the Resort together on this promotion.
    • Not valid for single travelers. Attached individuals traveling without their partners will not be accepted on this promotion.
    • Valid international credit card required on check in. Debit cards, Diners, prepaid cards, travel cards, secured credit, etc. are not allowed.
    • Valid for guests who are in full time employment or comfortably retired.
    • Valid for guests who speak, read, write and understand English or Spanish fluently.
    • Not valid if you have attended a UVC presentation in the past 2 years.

  3. Mandatory Requirements What you have top do
    • Your promotional stay includes a complimentary refreshment for 2 and a 120 minute preview of the Resort’s Travel and Lifestyle Program.
